When a lawsuit threatened to end Florida’s Tax Credit Scholarship and displace nearly 100,000 low-income students, advocates needed to rapidly build overwhelming public and political support to defend the program.

Sachs Media launched the multi-year “Drop The Suit” campaign, transforming a complex legal fight into a compelling moral and human story. We drove front-page coverage across the state, executed high-visibility advertising and digital campaigns, and organized what became the largest education rally in Florida history. By consistently amplifying student and parent voices and framing the issue around opportunity and stability for vulnerable children, the campaign created sustained public pressure.

The courts ultimately dismissed the lawsuit at every level, preserving the scholarship program and protecting educational access for nearly 100,000 Florida students.
