Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs leadership engaged Sachs Media to rebrand the state agency to make it more approachable and distinguish it from USDVA, with the ultimate goal of better serving veterans and connecting them to the benefits they earned. Our comprehensive campaign included clean, new branding; an easy-to-navigate website; redesigned collateral material; videos, and outreach strategies to target hard to reach populations, especially Vietnam veterans, women veterans and returning veterans. The campaign, Honoring Those Who Served U.S., surpassed all goals, helping Florida veterans draw down an additional $2 billion in earned benefits and services.
