Sachs Media Group and the Guardianship of Eric Brody today announced that they have amicably resolved all outstanding issues.

The Guardianship acknowledges that it entered into an agreement with Ron Sachs Communications (now Sachs Media Group) in late 2008, for services related to the passage of a claims bill.  The Brody family recognizes and appreciates the outstanding work the firm did to bring significant attention to their son’s tragic case.

Sachs Media Group is proud of the firm’s work and values its long-term friendship with the Brody family. After consultation with the Guardianship’s representatives, Sachs Media Group has agreed to dismiss its lawsuit against the Guardianship with prejudice and without receiving any payment for the services it provided over an extended period.
