Sachs Media today announced the promotion of five members of its team to new positions, further enhancing the capabilities of the award-winning communications firm.

Amy Climenhage, a member of the public affairs team who has worked at Sachs Media for over three years, has been promoted to Account Manager. Climenhage is a skilled communicator who has gained the trust and confidence of both her clients and colleagues and consistently produces outstanding results. Her recent work on behalf of Florida’s solar energy industry has been named a PRWeek finalist in the Best in Public Affairs category.

Josie Smith has been promoted to Senior Account Executive, reflecting her ability to deliver outstanding client service and outcomes for two of the firm’s largest health care clients, HCA Healthcare and Florida Healthy Kids Corporation. Smith started her career with Sachs Media as an intern in 2019 and has quickly risen through the ranks.

Gabi Castellanos, who joined the firm in 2020 as a content media specialist, has been promoted to Senior Digital Producer. Castellanos produces an array of social and digital content for dozens of the firm’s clients across multiple industry sectors. In addition, she purchases and places digital and media buys and works to optimize client campaigns.

Natalie Hernesman and Chloe Swicegood, account coordinators who joined the firm in 2021, have been elevated to positions as Account Executives as a result of their outstanding work on various client accounts.

“We recruit, grow, and run on talent, so we’re committed to mentoring and developing our team members, helping them grow and succeed by taking on and mastering new challenges,” said firm President and Partner Michelle Ubben. “These promotions are well deserved and reflect just how key each of these young professionals is to the future success of our firm.”
