Morgan’s impressive portfolio includes nearly a decade in Tallahassee’s public relations arena. She began her career at Geiger & Associates Public Relations before becoming communications coordinator for a Florida Commissioner of Agriculture. She then moved to Florida’s legislative branch, with roles as a legislative assistant for Florida Senator Keith Perry, as well as a legislative analyst and later press secretary for the Senate Majority Office. Before joining Sachs Media, Morgan was Vice President of Communications at Pinnacle Media in Tallahassee.

Additionally, she holds a double alumna status from Florida State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Applied American Politics and Policy.
