Sachs Media Expands Multi-State Presence with Four Strategic Hires

Sachs Media, a nationally recognized leader in strategic communications and public affairs, continues its multi-state growth with the addition of four new hires across key markets in Florida, New York, Illinois, and Washington, D.C. These strategic hires mark a significant step in expanding the firm’s multi-state presence and strengthening its ability to deliver high-impact solutions for clients nationwide. Last year, Sachs Media supported more than a dozen clients across 26 states.

The new hires include:

Natalie Hernesman – New York, NY

A seasoned public relations professional, Hernesman returns to Sachs Media after working with high-profile brands in the media and influencer space. Her expertise in media relations, crisis communications, and digital engagement will strengthen the firm’s ability to craft compelling narratives and secure top-tier media coverage for clients.

Leonard “Lenny” Zaleski – Chicago, IL

A communications strategist with experience in media relations, social media engagement, and content creation, Zaleski joins Sachs Media to enhance the firm’s public affairs and digital storytelling capabilities. His background includes roles with the Rail Passengers Association and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Bianca Barrios – Washington, D.C.

With experience in government affairs, speechwriting, and strategic communications, Barrios brings a strong policy background to Sachs Media. Prior to Sachs, Barrios worked with the Office of the First Lady of the United States, Jill Biden, and multiple congressional offices, making her an asset to the firm’s public affairs and advocacy efforts.

Alise Sloan – Tallahassee, FL

A rising talent in public relations, Sloan joins Sachs Media with a strong foundation in media relations, strategic messaging, and content development. As a leader in her academic and professional communities, she brings a fresh perspective and strong analytical skills to the firm’s expanding client portfolio.
