Nashville Zoo signs on with accesso

accesso, the premier technology solutions provider to the global attractions and leisure industry, has signed a three-year agreement with the Nashville Zoo to provide ticketing and eCommerce.

The middle-Tennessee attraction will leverage the accesso Passport ticketing suite to offer its guests convenient access to advance ticket sales through desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices as well as support the attraction’s onsite sales with traditional point-of-sale, membership pass processing, group sales and access control.

“Innovation is an important cornerstone of everything we do here,” said Andy Tillman, Nashville Zoo COO, “and the Accesso Passport solution helps us leverage technology that streamlines our front gate operations and allows our guests to conveniently plan their visits from their smart phones, tablets and computers.”

“It’s a privilege to help this growing zoo deliver an enhanced visitor experience,” said Steve Brown, accesso COO. “The ability to connect with and engage guests anywhere, any time, and on any device will surely help Nashville Zoo meet the ever-changing expectations and preferences of their guests and members.”
