Learning about crisis before you live it

Educational workshops, webinars, and materials help cities prepare before a crisis hits.

Challenge

Provide Florida League of Cities members a way to receive effective and comprehensive guidance for dealing with communicating before, during, and after a crisis. In addition, make sure the guidance is relevant to cities of all sizes and capabilities.

Breakthrough

We launched and branded FLCityGuard, a service to help cities deal with the inevitable crisis. Through FLCityGuard, our firm held training events including tabletop exercises, panel discussions, and other programs to educate cities and their mayors about how to handle a crisis in this fast-paced, media-driven world.

Time and again, Sachs Media Group has been an invaluable partner in helping our members meet their crisis communications needs. Their expertise is unmatched.
